Attribution.io Inc ("Attribution.io", "we", "us", "our") provides this "Privacy Policy" to inform our customers and our customers' customers of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personally identifiably information that we receive when they visit the Attribution.io site and/or use the our services. For ease of reading, visitors to our website and the reporting of data to our service is collectively referred to as "our service(s)".

Data Collected to use Our Services

During the course of using our services, you may provide us with certain personally identifying information that can be used to provide you with the Services, to identify and contact you, and to administer your account. This data may include login, name, phone number, email address or postal billing address. You may at any time refuse to provide this data, but it may also limit our ability to provide you with our services.

During the course of using our services, you may need to pay for access to our services. During this transaction, we do not collect or store your credit card number, credit card expiration or credit card billing zip code. These three data points are collected by our billing provider, Stripe Inc. During the course of a billing transaction, we will have access to: the last 4 digits of your credit card, your billing zip code and the type of credit card used.

Client Data Collected

Our services collects website browsing data ("Client User Data") from visitors on both the Attribution.io website and our client websites. This data may include, without limitation, information that is anonymous or personally identifiable. We make every effort to collect anonymous data whenever possible.

Anonymous Data

By default, our service collects anonymous browsing data from users of our or our clients websites. This data includes, but is not limited to: browser cookie values, ip address, browser locations, specific user actions and their associated data, browser referrer values, browser user-agent values and other browser environmental values. We make a strong effort to keep this browsing data anonymous as much as possible and we try to collect only the information required to perform the basic functions of our service.

Personally Identifiable Data

In the use of our service, our clients may chose to provide additional, potentially identifiable information about their clients to Attribution.io. Attribution.io has no direct control over what information is provided and we make no efforts to analyze this information with the intention of extracting identifiable information. This information may be provided by our clients to help them better understand their clients and is not required during routine use of our services.

Do Not Track Support

Our service supports the Do Not Track standard ("DNT"), but our clients must enable it during their installation of our services. Once activated, browsers with DNT enabled will not be subject to collection on that client's site.

Children

Because the nature of our Service does not appeal to children under the age of 13, we do not knowing acquire or receive PII from children under 13 years of age. If we later learn that any user of our Service is under the age of 13, we will take appropriate steps to remove that users's information from our account database and will restrict that individuals future access to the service.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not share or sell the information associated with our clients nor the data collected on behalf of our clients, except to provide access to the clients themselves. Under this Privacy Policy you hereby consent to and allow us to share data under the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We may employ third party companies and individuals to administer and provide business services on our behalf, including, without limitation, billing and credit card payment processing, maintenance, administration, support, hosting and database management services. These third parties may have access client information only to perform these tasks on our behalf in accordance with this Privacy Policy and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Compliance with Laws Enforcement: Attribution.io may disclose information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as required by law, and disclose and use such information as we believe reasonably necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, unauthorized or harmful.

Business Transfers: Attribution.io may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its business or assets, including your personal information, in connection with a business deal (or potential business deal) such as a merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer or successor of Attribution.io or its assets may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. Our clients will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site or Service of any change in ownership or resulting change in uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy you will be notified via e-mail (if you have an account where we have your contact information) or otherwise in some manner through the Service that we deem reasonably likely to reach you (which may include posting a new privacy policy on our Site – or a specific announcement on this page).
Any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon our posting of the new terms and/or upon implementation of the new changes on the Service (or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting). Voluntary Public Disclosure of Personal Information

We may make available on our Site, or link to, certain opportunities for our clients and other users to share information online (e.g., on message boards, in chat areas, in file uploads, through events, etc.). We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, the use, storage or dissemination of such publicly-disclosed personal information. Apps, Embedded Use of Our Services and API Connections

In the process of delivering our services, we may make available software that connects, displays or otherwise integrates with 3rd parties ("Apps"). We offer these apps to our customers as part of our service. During the course of using these Apps, our clients may grant permission and access for our service to obtain information about our client's accounts on those services. This data may included, without limitation, name, postal address, email address, user name, technical access tokens, technical identifiers, and/or other business information such as marketing campaigns or spend. This data is covered under the rest of the privacy policy for identifiable and non-identifiable data.
