During the course of using our services, you may provide us with certain personally identifying information that can be used to provide you with the Services, to identify and contact you, and to administer your account. This data may include login, name, phone number, email address or postal billing address. You may at any time refuse to provide this data, but it may also limit our ability to provide you with our services.
During the course of using our services, you may need to pay for access to our services. During this transaction, we do not collect or store your credit card number, credit card expiration or credit card billing zip code. These three data points are collected by our billing provider, Stripe Inc. During the course of a billing transaction, we will have access to: the last 4 digits of your credit card, your billing zip code and the type of credit card used.
Data collection, retention and privacy rights have been expanded in our summary of GDPR.
Our services collects website browsing data ("Client User Data") from visitors on both the Attribution.io website and our client websites. This data may include, without limitation, information that is anonymous or personally identifiable. We make every effort to collect anonymous data whenever possible.
By default, our service collects anonymous browsing data from users of our or our clients websites. This data includes, but is not limited to: browser cookie values, ip address, browser locations, specific user actions and their associated data, browser referrer values, browser user-agent values and other browser environmental values. We make a strong effort to keep this browsing data anonymous as much as possible and we try to collect only the information required to perform the basic functions of our service.

Attribution.io has no direct control over what information is provided and we make no efforts to analyze this information with the intention of extracting identifiable information. This information may be provided by our clients to help them better understand their clients and is not required during routine use of our services.
Our service supports the Do Not Track standard ("DNT"), but our clients must enable it during their installation of our services. Once activated, browsers with DNT enabled will not be subject to collection on that client's site.

If we later learn that any user of our Service is under the age of 13, we will take appropriate steps to remove that users's information from our account database and will restrict that individuals future access to the service.
Compliance with Laws Enforcement: Attribution.io may disclose information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as required by law, and disclose and use such information as we believe reasonably necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, unauthorized or harmful.
